The EZ-SX texture analyzer has a wide range of texture analysis fixtures, including compression, hardness, shear, Kramer shear, Warner-Bratzler shear, spreadability, puncture (Bloom value), Ottawa (forward and backward) extrusion, for testing the most demanding foods.

Trapezium X Universal Testing Software

Dedicated software includes pre-installed settings for texture analysis tests of baked goods, cheeses, meats, etc. This software utilizes the same functionality as Trapezium X universal testing software. Common to all Shimadzu universal test frames, Trapezium X universal testing software redefines the user-friendly graphical interface, seamlessly integrating method development, testing, data analysis, and reporting.
