The Nexera Prep SFC System

 

The Nexera™ Prep SFC is a preparative supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) system that offers both the high basic performance developed for the Nexera Analytical SFC model and the original state-of-the-art preparative SFC technologies. It resolves a number of issues in preparative tasks, reducing labor and improving efficiency while fitting into pre-existing workflows. Not only does the Nexera Prep SFC achieve superior recovery rates for purification, it also provides flexible system configurations in a compact design, requiring low installation space and allowing you to maximize lab resources.

Three Workflow Goals – Three Configurations

Stacked Fraction System: Prep SFC w/FRS-40

For the repetitive purification of a small number of fractions (up to 10), but of a large volume for each fraction (1L bottles default, option to use larger bottles).
Perfect for both chiral and achiral separations
LotusStream™ Gas-Liquid Separator on each collection bottle
Sample injection volumes up to 20 mL; flow rates from 10 to 150 mL/min.
Supports stacked injections

Prep Purification SFC w/FRS-40 – Stacked Fraction System

 

Multi-Fraction System: Prep SFC w/FRC-40 SF

For the purification of a large number of fractions, but of a smaller volume for each fraction (from 216 eighteen mm test tubes up to 12 one liter bottles).
Perfect for both chiral and achiral separations
LotusStream™ Gas-Liquid Separator integral to the collection head
Sample injection volumes up to 2 mL; flow rates from 10 to 150 mL/min.

Large-Scale Multi-Fraction System: Prep SFC with LH-40 SF

For purification of a large number of fractions with larger injection volume up to 20 mL, flow rates from 10 to 150 mL/min
LH-40 SF offers the functionality of both, an injector and a fraction collector
Perfect for both chiral and achiral separations
LotusStream™ Gas-Liquid Separator integral to collection head
Supports stacked injection with addition of FRC-40 SF fraction collector
