    • Data interval
    • Resolution (slit width)
    • Scan speed
       
  • Select the data interval based on the slit width
    • Usually 1 to 2 selections lower than the slit width
       
  • Select one of 4 scan speeds
    • Based on how long you want to wait for the scan
    • The software calculates and displays the total scan time
