Short Optical Path Measurement
This is used to measure samples, without diluting them, with an absorbance too high to be measured using a standard square cell with an optical path length of 10 mm.


Three types of spacers are available to provide path lengths of 1, 2 and 5 mm. As shown in the figure, the spacer is inserted between the cell and the inner wall of the standard square cell holder.
